Carolina Chocolate Festival

During your stay with Emerald Isle Realty, visit the annual Carolina Chocolate Festival in Morehead City that takes place every year as the Crystal Coast Civic Center is transformed into a Chocolate Lover’s Paradise.

The charitable event features the finest chocolate vendors from across North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia who tempt festival-goers with an assortment of all things chocolate all weekend.

Chocolate lovers can indulge in a variety of delectable treats and delicious delights, from chocolate cakes to fudge, chocolate truffles, and even chocolate wine. Other fun activities at the Carolina Chocolate Festival include a Saturday 5K Run/Walk, followed by the Pro/Am Bake Off. The proceeds from this annual festival support local charities throughout Carteret County.

Schedule:

The Carolina Chocolate Festival kicks off on Friday with the Pro/Am Bake Off that will be judged in the evening. On Saturday, cake will be sold by the slice. Whole cakes will be auctioned off to a Chocolate Lover’s delight to carry home.

Saturday morning begins with our 5k Cocoa Run/Walk! Get your blood pumping before the chocolate indulging begins! Register Online Now! First 125 Registrants receive a t-shirt!

The Chocolate Festival is held at the Crystal Coast Civic Center located on the Campus of Carteret Community College in Morehead City, NC.
