Join us this April at the OWLS Fort Macon 5K Trail Run to celebrate Outer Banks Wildlife Shelter, Inc. (OWLS), a non-profit 501(c)(3) wildlife shelter where professionals care for injured, sick, and orphaned native North Carolina wildlife in a loving way.

This cross-country style trail run offers moderate elevation with both wooded and full-sun areas and views of Beaufort Inlet, Bogue Sound, and the Atlantic Ocean.

Race Registration Info

Register by March 31st to guarantee your race shirt.
Registration ends April 11, 2026 at 11:59pm EDT
$35 – includes an OWLS short-sleeve tee shirt.
Pre-sign-in and T-shirt pick-up will be on Friday, the 10th, from 5:00 to 7:00 at OWLS, 100 Wildlife Way, Newport.
