Skateboarding Around the World With 14Degrees.org
By Action Isle • Aug 9th, 2008 • Category: Everything ElseIf you haven't heard of this yet, check it out, it's quite amazing. Robert Thompson has traveled a distance of 12,000 km on a recumbent bicycle, and 8,000 km on a skateboard. He's unofficially broken the Guinness World Record for the Longest Journey by Skateboard. Some of his journey was done on a Rolls Rolls, which he now uses as a trailer. Currently he is skating across China from Zhangye to Xining.
His human powered adventure around the world has been going for 2 years, and he has done it all solo.
Check out his website, 14degrees.org.
