Want to make your own caster board?

Making your own caster board like a ripstik or a wave board looks easy after watching this video, especially if you already have a skateboard deck lying around.

You'll need a few cheap supplies, a screwdriver, drill, and a saw if you want to cut the deck in half and make it more like a ripstik/wave board.

The end product may not be a spitting image of a ripstik, but it's simple to make your own caster board and it doesn't take too long.

Recumbent bikes can be expensive.  For those of you with the do-it-yourself approach, check out how this guy did it.  He made a cheap recumbent bike out of a woman's bike and part of a kid's bike.  He made it without having to weld anything or drill any holes.

Here's a video of a guy explaining how he made his homemade electric skateboard.  Doesn't sound too complicated.  He made it in the 80's and it STILL works.

The motor he has on his homemade electric skateboard is a blower motor from a car that is powered by a lawnmower battery.

The three wheeled homemade mountainboard that this guy made looks great, but it doesn't look like it can turn. I don't know where he got the frame part of it, but it looks like it was pre-built and all he had to do was put the skateboard deck on it.

Take a look at what happens, it's pretty funny. Looks painful though.
