I can’t ride my Trikke T8?
By Action Isle • Mar 22nd, 2010 • Category: QuestionsI've owned a Trikke T8 poly wheel for nearly a year. Now granted I haven't actively tried riding that WHOLE year, but honestly, I still can't ride. My brakes are not locked, my unit is correctly assembled. I can't get this whole "rock and roll" trash, and the kicking opposite leg.... out or forward!?! Can someone describe the motions in an easy fashion?
Ok, I'll try for more details, I push off and attempt to "rock" the bars either left or right, while im doing this i push
ut" or forward" (i've tried both) with the opposite leg, example, two kick push off, lean bars left, kick out right. My results have no fluid motion, and usually end in me slowing the machine rather than speeding it up. I attempt to "turn" the bars as well in order gain some speed, but if there is a pattern, or if im turning wrong while rocking one way, I don't know.
has anyone tried the “trikke”?
By Action Isle • Mar 21st, 2010 • Category: QuestionsCouldn't sleep one night and saw an infomercial for the "trikke". I want to hear from someone that may have bought this and know if it really is an effective and fun workout? Do you feel it was a waste of money? I am really considering buying one even though it is a little costly, in my opinion. Any information about your personal experiences with it would be appreciated. Thanks!
